Miriam's love for baking began in Peru, where she first made alfajores with her mom, and quickly realized that baking was more than food; it was her way to bring joy, memory and connection. After moving to the U.S. in 2007, She discovered cake decorating and set out to master the craft. Along the way, She have trained with some of the best in the business, blending professional techniques with family traditions and countless hours of practice.

Since 2016, her journey has evolved and blossoming into Sweet Eliana Bake Studio.

As the baker and creative force behind every sweet detail, Miriam approaches each creation as a creative challenge; baking from the heart, crafted with intention and made to celebrate life’s sweetest moments.
